The Brief
Computacenter approached Eclipse Creative to provide a digital solution for their Sales Handbook called Winning With Customers (WWC). WWC is a tool that all Computacenter sales employees are given which includes hundreds of Computacenter case studies and references that they can use to show potential clients. The printed handbook caused many issues with the sales team from being too bulky to carry around and to leaving it in the wrong office or ‘misplacing’ it.
The Answer
As many of the sales team used different mobile devices and computers Eclipse Creative developed a Website application and optimised this for Mobile so that all sales employees could access the full list of case studies and references from any laptop, desktop or mobile device using their secure log in details. As the information is accessible anywhere (internet connection permitting) the team no longer have to worry about forgetting to take the booklet with them or to have to carry the additional weight to meetings.
